2018 Good Friday — The Burial

Mr. Fun’s mom had asked for a private burial. So, just the two of us had planned to follow the mortuary van to the Veteran’s Cemetery. However, the man who is our financial advisor and has known us since he was a youngster in our junior high school church youth group years ago, who considers Mr. Fun like a dad, who lost his mom several years ago, did not want us to go through this alone. He and his wife came from Orange County to be with us and then look us out for lunch.

Mr. Fun read from his mom’s well-worn Bible and we all prayed together.

Jesus Christ was buried on Good Friday.
