Nostalgia

The Rheidol Narrow Guage Steam Railway runs for 11 miles inland from Aberystwyth. Rediscovering the alarm settings on our phones enabled a relatively early get-away and a scenic drive up the coast.

Our anticipation was not disappointed. The day could not have been better. Plenty of water in the river, warmth in the air and colour in the trees. In all, a perfect combination.

The water falls at Devil's Bridge were outstanding, if a little tough on the knees.

All with the smell of Steam.
