Wild Flowers on a Wild Day.....

I had errands to run today. It was a beautiful day when I left. I got everything done that I needed to for my trip starting next Sunday.

On the way home I found a storm and a beautiful bed of wild flowers that looked like a blanket of purple for over half a mile. It was breathtaking! I think the new county I live in obeys the state law which prohibits mowing of these wild flowers. Once the flowers go to seed, they will flower once again next year.
