Plastique Fantastique.....

Another horrible, wintery, slittery, cold Scottish spring day. Not good weather for wee lambs , and a few of my outside spring calving cows are very near to starting . Hope they keep their legs crossed until the weather improves .
This is the recycling lorry in collecting a couple of bags of waste silage wrap . Despite David Attenborough bringing plastic recycling and usage to the public domain recently , as a business , we have had to pay to get our plastic waste recycled for a good few years now. Not as cheap as the bad old days when a box of Swan Vesta cured the problem , but certainly a lot better for the planet, and the plastic produced has a variety of uses in agriculture .
