Cicada - a gogga

Stopped at the botanical gardens in Nelspruit before travelling on to Hazyview.
This is a Cicada was spotted by B only because it was moving down the tree. They make an incredible noise especially on hot days.

They have sucking mouthparts that fold beneath their body. They are a true "gogga" or in English a BUG!!
