Sunshine and April Showers

Today the forecast wasn’t too gloomy so I met with a good friend at Trentham Gardens. A rainy motorway approach and it looked forbidding as we set off round the lake.

But somehow April had arrived. We had beautiful blue skies and some slightly warm sunshine. We had heavy grey clouds, but we were lucky on our walk round the lake.

We were lucky too with our delicious lunch. (David’s Brasserie but it’s wise to book).

Spoilt for choice, today I chose a black swan, but the sculpture, installations, fairies, and the marvellous deer were all blip contenders.
