I was going to take the reflections in the pond

... but spotted this bird who has been sitting on the edge of the pond all afternoon (according to Ann).  I think he's discovered that the birds who use the front garden feeder are very picky and drop more food on the ground than they eat.  So lots of pickings for him without any competition from other pheasants.

Wortley Arms for lunch with my brother and Ann.  They were really busy, but coping very well given the circumstances.  Apparently they'd staffed up really generously for yesterday lunchtime and then the snow came and nobody came to eat.

Oh and we've been to shop at Fox Valley and managed a quick trip into Seasalt before it was time for lunch.
