last days

Luke and I wanted to go on a day out together before he leaves for Brazil, and he chose to visit Hadrian's Wall. The weather forecast wasn't brilliant, but actually the mist and snow made for an interesting atmosphere. We parked at The Sill and walked along the wall to Housesteads Fort (about 3 1/2 miles), looked around the fort and museum, then caught the AD122 bus back to the car.
