Up on the Roof
Productive morning that was.
This cold snap we're having, and the snow that came along with it, meant it was time for some prepping for winter outside. The wind had whipped off some of the felt from the shed roof recently so it was time to replace that. Euan's been a good help when it came to tasks like this in the past, but there was always an element of it being a token gesture that was more miss than hit at times. Today though, he came into his own and I was pretty proud as I watched him confidently strip off the old felt, remove the tacks then stretch out and tack in the new covering. Allowed me plenty of time to fart about with the camera too.
The job was done in no time, and he well deserved his piece and sausage after that. Well done that man.
