Interesting wall pattern...

Some serious back-blipping going on here - my hectic job (teaching) plus the horrible weather in Vienna for the past week has left photographing opportunities thin on the ground...

However, I was out for dinner with a friend on Thursday in one of my favourite restaurants in Vienna and happened to take this photo of their interesting wallpaper and the old-fashioned gate in front of it, which leads down to the kitchen. 'Der Wiener Deewan' is unique in both its decor and concept. Serving a buffet of Pakistani food, you can take as much as you want, and pay as little or as much as you want. Most people are fairly reasonable and pay around the ?5 mark - which is a total bargain, as the food, a mixture of curry, rice, vegetable dishes and naan bread, is delicious, and different everyday. A really fantastic place for dinner, and also to chill out with friends, as the atmosphere and layout is great :)
