Right On Schedule

The Hooded orioles have returned for the summer but they haven't found my yard yet.  I got this guy three yards away which is why it isn't the best photo ever taken.  I'm using it, though, because I am so excited to see them again.

Mom's hanging in there but we had to cancel our Easter dinner reservations.  We had pulled pork BBQ sandwiches and ice cream with caramel syrup instead. All that matters is that we were together.

I had an awesome April Fool's Day blip planned but I got home late and was too exhausted to set it up.  Don't be surprised if I pull it on some other weird day on the calendar.  Maybe Arbor Day?
