A little weeding in order?

Reduced to another day of prowl and click; kinda busy.
However, it being dry I had a grovel beneath one of the Rhododendrons.
Hepatica thriving amidst the weeds, Arum italicum kept foliage all winter - is it really evergreen? Those Iris must be evicted/shrunk.
