Hvalstrand Bad

Today is a beautiful autumn Saturday with sunshine and clear dry air perfect for landscape photography. After the mandatory Saturdays' shopping round I went to Hvalstrand, a beach nearby where we live, to shoot todays blip before sunset which becomes rapidly earlier each day. The bathing facilities (see 4. Oct.) and the restaurant in functionalism architecture was finished in 1934. The restaurant is renovated and re-opened some years back for the summer seasons
