Who Hasn't Eaten Tapioca ?

First a big thanks for all your guesses. They were excellent .
Here's the answer .Tapioca . Most of us as children have eaten it as a pudding . We called it 'frog spawn'. Then some years back the Bubble Tea craze began . Shops  were everywhere .Each drink had black pearls. I never tried it and had no idea about those pearls .Cafe Mauritius is now serving the above creamy bubble tea .This is where I blipped freshly prepared 'pearls ' They taste delicious & have a lovely chewy texture .I had mine with two scoops of ice  cream.
Perfect for a 21°c day..For any day actually .
