Calton Jail Governor’s House

I had to go into Edinburgh for a meeting this morning. Afterwards thechimp and I went for a tour of the Royal Yacht Britannia. I had no idea what to expect but really enjoyed the trip. We had the opportunity to have a look at the living quarters of the royal family as well as those of the staff who ran the yacht, galley areas and the engine room. We didn’t spend much time looking at the outside because the weather was so grim again. By the time we went home the snow was lying and the roads were very slippery.
