Annie are you OK?

First aid course at work today.  We had not one but four 'Annie's to practise on.  It was a good course - for once, I think I've actually retained how to put someone in the recovery position, after we did it over and over.  Same with the CPR - pretty sure I'll remember all that if it ever becomes necessary.

Had an early start with the course, but ended up staying until the normal time anyway, trying to get caught up a bit on emails, etc - and talking to my friend Char, whose Mum has ended up in hospital.  What is it with all these mothers at the moment?
