After a welcome short week in the office, the parents arrived at mine for their first proper visit since I've had actual furniture in my current flat. Travels and illnesses have delayed this until now.

The evening was spent in with pizza, and as I don't have a TV, we resorted to answering mum's crossword questions. 'How do you spell Massachusetts? Does it have double s at the end?'
