Spring in the sky

Found this neo classic painting in pastels on a shop's ceiling and loved it on instant; a frog view suggesting there's a wide playground in the sky above our heads where stories told come alive and have a happy ending... is this Ikaros saving his life or a lover falling for his sweetheart ?!

Altho' I asked if I was allowed to picture this, I forgot to ask what's its meaning; one we all give it ourselves for sure
