Last For a While?
Clocks go back tonight, which means the sun will be rising an hour earlier with the best colours just before 7 o'clock rather than 8. Think the blipping of sunrises may be off the menu for a week or so! In any case, the forecast is for rain tomorrow and I suspect the lovely October we have had is about to end.
First frost of the Winter here in Kintyre this morning, which with the northerly breeze made it feel Baltic. Certainly cold enough not to hang about for extra blips. As so often with frosty mornings, there were only a few clouds in the sky meaning the sunrise was only really on show near the horizon rather than filling the whole sky as it was a few days ago. Never mind, as the tide came in it slowly crept over the sand and former a shallow lagoon where the colours were happy to be reflected next to piles of autumn leaves washed down to the sea by the river.
Have to look for a different subject tomorrow!
