Fuzzy Head!

I missed my blip yesterday- the first miss this year!
Work is manic.
Commuting has been a bit hit or miss this week which eats into my work time.

And then there are the nightmares! Twice I woke up screaming last night. The second time Steve got himself a sleeping pill - think I’m disturbing his sleep!
It’s impacting my chances of getting 7 hours sleep a night.
