Meola mangroves

Took Liam most of the way to school, and then let him go by himself; after the big busy road had been crossed. After which I got on my bike and cycled down Ponsonby Road for a routine blood test. On the way back I spied another Big Hoot owl. (See the extra) 

In the wee area for sitting and relaxing at the corner of Anglesea with Ponsonby Road, Jenny Leonard has paid a tribute to John Lennon, who she says has inspired her. She has called her artwork "Imagine owl the people". 

Almost immediately that I got back to the apartment I got into the car and drove north to collect S' mother and bring her back for a specialist appointment this afternoon. While S took her to that I went for a walk on the Meola Reef (Te Tokaroa) and got today's blip on the edge of the Motions Creek.
