Runners

Pretty good day today. Early start, supervising ECT, then up to my clinic. In the middle of the day I and the two clinicians here did a bit of yoga, led by the man in the back, then the three of us headed out for a run, led by the man in the front. All in all, most satisfactory.

Coffee and chocolate now. 8)
