Gold!

Very cool to watch Australia’s Tia-Clair Toomey win a Commonwealth Games gold medal in the weightlifting this evening.

Tia is now the current Commonwealth champion and CrossFit Games champion. Amazing really seeing as weightlifting is very specific whereas the point of CrossFit is to be good at lots of different things.

Aletha Boon of New Zealand, another CrossFit Games athletes, also came 5th!
