Art in the garden?

We have a Norwegian artist called Anne Gundersen, who often use old childrens dresses hanging out by the sea, as a motive. On my drive back to Norway, I had to stop to charge the car in a small town called Ørje. I went for a walk while charging and saw this facinating motive blowing in the wind.
In the evening I went to my mothers house with food, which I had bought in Sweden and we had dinner together.
