Pink for Flower Friday

A week old and still looking beautiful.
My usual bunch of daffs from Sainsbury’s last Friday was a nice surprise.
Instead of yellow, they opened into the beautiful shade of white and pale pink.
I wonder what today’s colour will be.

The weekly shopping today was all the more enjoyable as we were accompanied by our youngest granddaughter.
She texted to see if she could come over. Fed up with school work!
She always brightens up the dullest of days, and today we have not seen much sun.
Have just dropped her off back home, where she is now preparing tea for the rest of the family.
How nice for her mum to come home and have it all ready, and waiting.
