The Tudor House Restaurant, Falkirk, 1933.
This pic is from a book on Falkirk and District's architecture, which is rather disparaging, describing it as a "totally inappropriate English Tudor insert". I have blipped this before, as it's part of my childhood memories. The "inappropriate" structure was a welcome sight set in in the midst of Falkirk's old fashioned structures. I loved it in there on my many visits to stay with my grandparents; the interior was exotic in the 50's - wood panelling, medieval murals, carpets (!).
The extra is a long awaited sunny sunset pic of the wind-farm.
