GONE SWIMMING

I had a bit of a recovery day after yesterday's escapades, I think I probably overdid the cycling. However, when Weemo asked to borrow my macro lens, I couldn't resist a swap for her Big Sig. So, off I went for a wander along the burn. As you probably know, the male mallard has much brighter coloured feathers than the female. However, I preferred the more subtle tones and reflections of this lovely female!
