more shocking road cycling revelations

..not really. I was looking forward to a bit cycling in the freezing cold this morning. It would be the first outing for the winter bike but sadly it was a fail.

After nearly knackering myself trying to put on the very many layers of cycle clothing, this part* on the bike snapped before I'd even got to the front of the house.

After thinking about it a bit I decided to just go back to bed.....until 10.37! I only woke up when Liam tapped my door and said he was away for a run. I've felt brilliant all day as well. I think this sleeping in til late may be the way forward instead of all this exercise nonsense.
