Bike

We went for a walk today.  Not too far from our apartment is a mile or so of ponds...hard to describe but if you can imagine a mile-long pond, about 30ft wide but chopped up into separate ponds by roads. It was hot today, so it was a beautiful walk. All the ponds have something interesting to see, such as pretty bridges, trees, wildlife and sculptures. We go this route quite alot when we just need to stretch our legs in between the laborious on-line job-hunt, so I will post some more photos as time goes on. Just as we got back from walking home on the opposite side of the ponds, we saw this bike. There was a plaque beside it written in Dutch, but it seems this is a memorial of some sort.  It looked fantastic shining in the sun.
