The Final Farewell

It was Dad's funeral today.  The emphasis was on the celebration of a very long life rather than the mourning of his passing and everything worked very smoothly with some amusing anecdotes featuring in the eulogy.  As always at these occasions it was lovely to meet up with all the family together although, as it happens, we will all be meeting up again in a week's time for our daughter's wedding.
