Still time for a photo . . .

Wayne (top left) was here with us from Australia on this day, staying with us after filming at the 30th Anniversary of the Arnold Classic in Ohio. I took a photo of Wayne (rower2012 on blip!) with his long time friend, John Hasen who was a former interviewer at the Las Vegas Mr. Olympia. John has won bodybuilding events himself and is a personal trainer and internet podcast producer. He lives not far from us and when he found out Wayne would be here, he came and picked him up and took Wayne to visit a mutual friend of theirs a bit farther south of us. They did an interview with the mutual friend, a legend in the bodybuilding business I think, which John later turned into a podcast! But Wayne told John as they left, that he needed to be back home at our place by dinner time. He knew Steve was making his famous Blue Crab dip (which Steve caught & prepared himself) plus I had promised a homemade quiche! We know you had to go back to Australia, Wayne but we have many fond memories of your week here in Florida with us!
