Naked cowboy

I saw this guy on Saturday as well, but blipping Trinity College was more appropriate for that day. I couldn't believe my luck when I spotted him again today near O'Connell Bridge. The guy is either crazy, or mad, or nuts -- or maybe he just doesn't feel the cold. Sure, it was sunny, but it is only January, and I was certainly glad that I was wearing a nice cosy jacket.
