Sparrow

This morning this sparrow was sitting in a conifer in a neighbours garden.  It had to be my blip for today as I have not seen sparrows around for a while, they used to be the most common bird in gardens, but sadly I understand that their numbers have declined over the past few years. This afternoon we were visited by baby Albie and his grandmother, who was baby minding while his parents went to the football match.,  He is coming along so well and is now able to sit for a couple of minutes unaided. It was a lovely surprise to see them.
