Parkrun

Cycled the 4km down to Parkrun this morning. Didn’t feel great but somehow managed my fastest time this year of 23:17.

Met my sister there. This is her on route to a new PB!

Cycled back via a 30 min gym session.

L and I then walked to the shop for lottery tickets before L had her swim club in the afternoon.

After dinner, L and I went to the Cricket Club for a couple of pints (and J2O) and a game of pool.
