Mapperton

High tide and big waves in the morning so we went into town and along the pier to see the waves crashing over the top.

In the afternoon we took Mum to Mapperton - our first visit. Interesting guided tour of the house and great gardens. This is the stump of a huge tree which must have recently been removed. Stopped at Burton Bradstock on the way back -impressive waves again
