Ozzy and Midge checking out the competition at Park run this morning.

It was Midges first one.... she did well...... Well... apart from nearly taking a man out at the start!!

Jamie ran it to and got himself a nice new PB, managed knock 8 minutes of his last time.
He was chuffed .... rightly so!!
