iron people
Every runner you see here has already had a 2.1 mile swim in the harbor and a 55 mile bike ride. Now they are running 13.2 miles. Unfortunately for them, the run is two loops around the course, and the folks running with their backs to the camera have just passed the 3 mile marker and have not really run 10 miles yet. The runners facing the camera have run about 6 miles. The volunteers in the blue shirts are all marines from Camp Pendleton which is just down the road. They were doing a great job of cheering the iron people on.
