In flight

A very cloudly morning this seagull was flying over our house while I was in the garden, he seemed to be flying in circles over an area.
Off down the gym soon to meet friends for a cup of coffee, the back seems to be healing quite quickly now I only have to see the nurse only twice a week next week and hope to be able to go back in the water in about two weeks.
