Woods Walk

Early trip to Farmer's Market for the usual stuff we buy there. Breakfast in Nero first though.

Afterwards we headed to the Carse of Gowrie to walk in the woods next to the giant solar farm at the edge of the river Tay.

Both dogs enjoyed it Breagha sniffed out a pheasant and followed the scent of a deer which we saw in the distance.

Best egg mayo sarnies in Perthshire afterwards at the Tufted Duck which is in a lovely complex of antique shops with great views over the Carse. This is where Almarian (blipper Molly hailed from at nearby Fingask Castle).

Both dogs were puggled after the walk .

Isn't it funny how both dogs being cockers have so different features. Phoebe has a much longer snout than Breagha and her eyes are closer together. Also her groomer leaves her hair longer on the top of head and longer on ears and tail which when just been groomed looks quite odd (in my opinion). Also in my opinion, Breagha is the beauty even although she is 'more mature' looking :)
