New paintbrushes

bought by my son as gift for me.

I am snapping them here before they are used or paint spattered. I am currently transitioning from my seagreen phase to a new purple phase so the still life is showing the inbetween fusion phase. This new phase will fall short of purple nail polish or lipstick because that is simply not cool.

(It’s only a temporary thing as I always return to the colours of the sea - but I do like to wander off the track sometimes)

I had a house full of people here last week and now they have all scattered. It’s just me and the dogs and half a Baileys Cheesecake. Y’id miss the ri ra agus ruaile buaile when everything goes quiet
