Shadows .....

..... and shadows mean sunshine ..... we had plenty today .... almost, but not quite warm enough for a tee shirt and cut offs.

Took Togbe for a great walk up to Kincraig Point and then down to the beach at West Bay. We met lots of friendly folk coming up the narrow cliff path as we wound our way down. Togbe, of course, walked and scampered at least twice the distance L and I covered.

Exciting day at the Commonwealth Games. The men's cycling point race was thrilling .... well done to Mark Stewart :-) I don't think I have ever seen anyone in such a state of exhaustion after a race.
