Dominic and the fossils

Today's the day ......................... to geologise

Dominic was helping his Taid in the garden today.  They planted potatoes in grow-bags in the greenhouse - and onions in one of the raised beds - which is where that big yellow glove came in handy. 

At the back of the shed, I came upon an old tin box containing some of Will's fossils, collected back in student days.  They were wrapped in newspaper (Aberdeen Press & Journal 1973! ) and Dominic was so excited to  unwrap them slowly and discover what they were.

A little chip off the old block perhaps ......................?
