Twice boiled beetroot and ginger chutney.

Not twice boiled because of a posh recipe, but the blooming stuff didn't set when I made it yesterday, so I boiled it again this morning and added some jam sugar. (Thanks Nigella!)
One of the jars will be part of a Christmas hamper I'm giving to my niece's mum in law........ hope she likes it.
