The Llangollen Canal

This morning I went out with the walking group. We went for a walk along the Llangollen Canal and back over the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct via lanes. It's a favourite walk of ours but it had to be adapted as one of the lanes was flooded.

It started out being quite misty (as in the photo) the the sun burned through and it was beautifully warm - I even took off my top layer! I saw my first butterfly of the year too - a comma.
