Water sports.

It was a lovely sunny morning, so we went to Porthcawl . Just off the main street, they have a gym in the Porthcawl Hotel, and they were doing a demonstration outside, for the R.N.L.I.   I  put my donation in the bucket, and the lady asked me if I wanted to join in. I declined of course:-) We bought two coffees from Greggs, and then walked up to the sea front, and sat on a bench. It was really warm in the sun, and it was a good job we went out this morning, as it started to cloud over on the journey home,and it is raining now.
