Oranges are not the only fruit.....

.....going into the Christmas cake this year....there's also sultanas, apricots, flame raisins, cranberries, blueberries, pineapple, papaya and bitter cherries.....oh, and if dark rum counts as fruit (and y'know I really think it ought to) there's a quarter bottle of that too! Firstborn arriving later to help with the nut chopping, stirring and baking along with the granddaughter for essential bowl licking duties and a sleepover.......I'd better start lining some tins with greaseproof paper, it takes me ages!!
