Jedburgh Abbey

After being in the planning for over a year today was the day eighteen members of my family were all heading to a big farmhouse in County Durham. On the way down my husband and I stopped at Jedburgh for lunch and a wander round.

Everybody had arrived from Colchester, Dundee and Edinburgh by 6pm and we had a lovely evening celebrating my youngest brother's 40th birthday.

The farmhouse is extremely spacious and comfortable and being on a working farm surrounded by very sweet little lambs!
