See-through building

I was back at work today and while I have been off this enormous frame has appeared in the recycling centre next to my work. I wonder what it is going to turn out to be - maybe a huge indoor recycling centre? The council have removed a rather nice beech hedge that used to run along the side of the road and they have temporarily suspended parking - we will see!
