Most of the present company

Treasure hunt day today and the two teams set off determinedly. A pub lunch was en route as was tea at our house. After a tour of most of the scenic highlights of North Uist, we ended up back at Newton Lodge for DS#1's long awaited meal.
It was worth the wait - the scallops and beef wellington filled all the appropriate gaps. The wine and whisky filled any remaining ones and a late night in front of a fire followed again.
