Milestone

The sun came out today at long last! Which is a good thing because I had to walk back and forth to the garage. Alfie the campervan was in for his MOT! I walked back to the village, visited a friend for a cup of tea, and then walked back to collect him - he passed with just a couple of advisories!

I love seeing this milestone on the way. The other side says Maidenhead 8, Colnbrook 22. I found an interesting history of these milestones at the Milestone Society. Interesting if you have time to read it!

I’ve been ordering a few things for Alfie to make life in the campervan even better this year. Today seemed to be delivery day! 6 boxes arrived from Amazon! (See extra) I couldn’t remember all I ordered so it felt like Christmas!
